Education

My greatest teachings have been through my lived experiences in navigating the worlds of grief, birth and motherhood and everything in between. It is an honor to offer what I’ve learnt along the way as support to others navigating their own thresholds.

I hold a First Class Honours degree in Children’s Book Illustration, along with facilitator training through Birthing From Within and the Grief Educator Certification with David Kessler. These studies deepen the way I explore with clients, using creativity and mindfulness to support growth and transformation.

I take a holistic approach and offer a blend of compassionate presence, reflection and applicable tools. I meet you where you are and our sessions unfold around what you most want help with.
